The Compost Ambassador program covers topics that will strengthen your ability to compost at home, teach others how and why they should compost, understand the science behind composting, learn about compost quality, and become a better user of compost whether you make it or purchase it.

 

This is a free introductory module, which is a pre-requisite for the full Master Urban Farmer Training Program (MUFTP). For more information please refer to the MUFTP site

This course covers the safety of fresh produce on the farm, including sources of contamination, ways to reduce contamination risks, and briefly talks about produce safety-related regulations and certifications.
